
Kinilaw na Tanigue
Kinilaw Na Tanigue consists of raw fish called tanigue mixed with vinegar, garlic, onions, ginger, tomato and various peppers. It is similar to Latin American ceviche in that they both rely on the sour agent of the vinegar to cook the raw fish.
